About Us

History

Starting from the experience of Mr. Ir. Damardono, who has worked in the chemical construction services sector since 1997. He began to realize that problems could be processed and developed, namely the need for applicators who understand product knowledge and perform well in the field.

He established Cipta Sarana Mandiri (CSM) to answer these problems in 2009. From 2011 to 2015, the company started buying and using modern machines and high technology to improve services to meet customer needs.

In addition, for the first time in 2011, BASF finally awarded CSM the best partner award with the Best Preferred Partner predicate, followed by the Best Sales Contribution and Best Sales Achievement awards in recognition of the quality of the organizational system. Thus, it has been proven that CSM performs well in its business with guaranteed quality from time to time and will continue to improve quality and service.

This can be one of the advantages and opportunities for CSM to expand its business and gain customer trust in the services offered. Until now, CSM continues to work in handling hundreds of companies, both national companies, and multinational companies.

Ir Damardono

Director

He studied Civil Engineering at Gajah Mada University. He worked as a Sales manager for ten years at Degussa Constructions Chemical Operation, which later changed ownership after being acquired by BASF under Master Builders Solutions.

Irna Widyaningsih SE

Finance

Studied at the Institute of Economic Science (STIE) Kerjasama in Yogyakarta and worked as a consultant for the Regional Government of Bekasi City for 8 years before joining Cipta Sarana Mandiri.

Dwina Salsabila ST. M.Sc

Engineering & Technical Operation

Undergraduate study at the University of Indonesia, majoring in engineering and taking a Master's Degree in Kings College London. Previously worked at Shopee and Nestle, a multinational FMCG Company. She was now serving as Engineering & Technical Operation at Cipta Sarana Mandiri.

Donafeby Widyani , MBA, M.Mktg

Sales & Marketing

Undergraduate study at the University of Indonesia and took a Double Degree in Master's degree at the Bandung Institute of Technology and Macquarie University, Australia. She was majoring in management and marketing. Previously worked as a Management Trainee in a Stated Owned Company (BUMN).

In 2018, Cipta Sarana Mandiri was proud to be a part of Indonesian history because it participated in the waterproofing of the Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue, an Indonesian national icon, with a height of 120 meters, 754 modules and a weight of 1300 tons of iron.
